A Christmas Message

As Christmas approaches and thoughts of decorating our homes for the festive season comes to mind.  Just a reminder of a passel of facts to consider when choosing your festive foliage.

All the foliage we choose at Christmas such as mistletoe, holly, juniper, cypress, ivy, hemlock, yew and the beautiful poinsettia plant are highly toxic when handled and especially if consumed by humans and animals. Care should be taken to wash your hands after handling the plants and keep out of reach of our precious children and pets.
